This four bedroom duplex apartment with terrace is located on the first and second floors of a walk-up brownstone in the heart of Harlem, in upper NYC. The back of the house faces south and has lots of trees and a great open view. The interior of the apartment is very spacious and flooded with light. It is decorated with a mix of ethnic and modern paintings and photos. Upon entering the apartment, there is a hallway which leads to the first three bedrooms (1-2-3) and a bathroom. The stairs are located just to the left of the entrance; the second floor consists of the living room, dining room, kitchen, fourth bedroom, second bathroom, a laundry closet and a terrace. *Please note* that during the summer, the door to the bedroom on the ground floor is replaced by a curtain to allow the A/C unit to help cool the kitchen and the rest of the apartment.
